ICJ snubs Pakistan, refuses to see Kulbushan Jadhav’s doctored confession tape
Indian Defence News: THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS-International Court of Justice(ICJ) rebuff Pakistan and refuses to see Kulbushan Jadhav’s doctored confession tape who is surfing the charge of Indian spy and he is been sentenced to death in Pakistan.
This step has turned out to be a major setback to Pakistan in Kulbhushan Jadhav case, the ICJ rejected the “proof” which Islamabad wanted to submit against former Indian Navy personnel-turned-businessman, Pakistan had based its case on the confession tape, which had been doctored to suit Pakistani interests.
Also, there is an “immediate threat” that Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav will be executed by Pakistan even before a decision of the ICJ, India today said at an open hearing at The Hague in Netherlands. Pakistan said there would be no immediate execution and there were six months.The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is hearing India’s appeal against Kulbhushan Jadhav’s death sentence by Pakistan. Senior lawyer Harish Salve is representing India at the top UN court.
