Farooq Abdulla does not think anyone wants to go to Pakistan
Indian Defence News-: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi of the situation in the Valley and urged him to address the current unrest in Kashmir politically.
Abdulla emphasised on controlling the continuous mayhem been carried out in the Valley in the meeting which lasted for half-an-hour, remember this is the first meeting between Abdullah and Prime Minister Modi after being elected to Parliament defeating PDP-BJP alliance candidate Nazir Ahmed by over 10,000 votes. The seat had fallen vacant after Tariq Karra had resigned from the ruling PDP.
Abdullah urged the Prime Minister to take urgent steps to address the Kashmir issue politically, saying it was not a mere law and order problem.
Indian Defence has been trying hard to settle the brawl between people of the valley and Government body, however, the situation is far normal as yet.
